Send the part list. Get one comparable sheet back.
Machine builders send us the parts they need for a new build or a scheduled overhaul. We put the list in front of the Turkish manufacturers that hold the right process and the free capacity for it, then return three to five complete quotes per part group, normalised to the same Incoterm, quality and delivery terms. Quoting costs nothing.

Every source quotes under a code. Capability, capacity and certificates are open to you from the first sheet. The name and contact details are the last thing released.
This is what you decide on. The name is the last thing you get, not the only thing you pay for.
How it works
Seven steps, and it's clear at every one who pays what.
The buyer pays once, when a source is selected. The manufacturer pays a success fee only on sales that actually happen. Quoting is free on both sides.
Both sides sign before anything moves
You sign an NDA and a non-circumvention agreement. Manufacturers sign an agency agreement before they are ever shown a list, and declare any existing contact with you up front.
Upload the part list
Excel, PDF, STEP or scanned drawings. Files go into a controlled data room with an access log, not an email thread. Questions come back to you in one batch.
We select six to ten manufacturers
Not a blast. Only shops whose machine park, tolerance capability and free capacity fit the work. Fewer requests means real quotes instead of padded ones.
You get three to five coded quotes per part group
Normalised to the same Incoterm, quality and delivery terms, each with its full capability file. Only the name is held back.
You select a source
Take the whole sheet or single lines. Rejected lines cost nothing and we requote them.
The introduction is made
Names, contacts and factory address are released, the introduction is confirmed in writing, and we sit in on the first technical meeting and the first order negotiation. You contract with the manufacturer directly.
We stay on the account
The work below carries on for as long as you keep buying. Orders are reported against purchase orders, invoices and export declarations.
What the 1% pays for
The introduction is the easy part. This is the work.
A name and a phone number is not a supply chain. Once you are connected, this is what stays with us.
Technical coordination
Drawing revisions, tolerance questions and material substitutions handled in English, resolved before they become a scrap report.
Expediting
Weekly production status against the promised date, in your time zone. You hear about a slip from us, not from a missed shipment.
First article
FAI and PPAP coordination on new parts, with dimensional reports checked before series production is released.
Quality documentation
Material certificates, heat treatment records and inspection reports collected and checked against what you specified.
Pre-shipment inspection
Third-party inspection at the factory before the goods leave, on the orders we manage.
Supplier performance
On-time delivery, rejection rate and quote response time tracked per source, and shown to you.
Second source ready
A qualified alternative already quoted for critical parts, so a shutdown is a phone call and not a project.
Shipping and customs
Coordination with the forwarder and the export documentation, so the paperwork is not your problem.
Two sides of the same list
One of you needs the part. One of you has the machine free next week.
Stop running Türkiye yourself.
- The market is deep and almost none of it is searchable in English. Finding the right shop from outside the country is the whole problem.
- One list, one contact, one comparable sheet. No chasing forty workshops for a price on a bushing.
- Capacity is checked before you are quoted. A price nobody has the machine time to deliver is worth nothing.
- We do not disappear after the introduction. Expediting, certificates, first article and inspection stay with us. You contract and pay the manufacturer directly.
Export work, without an export department.
- No listing fee and no fee to quote. A 1% success fee applies only to realised sales, for 36 months per customer we bring you.
- We do not blast your inbox. A list reaches you only if your machine park and free capacity fit it. Fewer requests, higher hit rate.
- Your name stays coded until the buyer commits. Competitors never see what you quoted.
- You invoice the customer directly and keep the account for as long as you deliver. Report the orders, keep your verified status and the next list.
Pricing
Two fees, and it's clear which side carries each one.
Nothing is charged for quoting, on either side.
Paid when you select a source. Covers the sourcing, the capability and capacity check, the normalised binding quote, the introduction and the first order negotiation. Refunded if the supplier fails the first order.
Charged to the Turkish manufacturer on net ex-works sales to the customer we introduced, excluding freight, duties, tooling and returns. Reported quarterly against purchase orders, invoices and export declarations. Buyers pay nothing here.
Continuous sourcing, expediting, quality documentation and supplier performance management as your Türkiye procurement desk. Priced per account, and offered only once we have delivered on the first one.
One machine builder. Two suppliers introduced from a single list, $250,000 bought across both in the first year.
Questions we get
The awkward ones first.
What stops me from going direct once I have the name?
Contractually, a non-circumvention agreement covering that supplier and its affiliates for a defined period. Practically, the contract is not the answer. We stay on the account after the introduction — revisions, expediting, certificates, first article, pre-shipment inspection, a second source already qualified — in your language and in their time zone. Cutting us out means taking that work back in-house.
Where do my drawings go?
Into a controlled data room with an access log, not an email thread. A list is shown to six to ten manufacturers selected for that specific work, each under signed confidentiality, and you can see who was given access to what. We do not publish RFQs to an open board.
Who pays the 1%, and how is it calculated?
Buyers do not pay it. It is charged to the Turkish manufacturer at 1% of net ex-works sales to the customer we introduced, excluding freight, duties, tooling and returned goods, for 36 months from the date the identity is released. They report quarterly with the purchase order, the commercial invoice and the export declaration. It is in their agreement before they are allowed to quote.
What if the parts come back wrong?
Your contract is with the manufacturer, so warranty and rework sit between you. What we own is the vetting and the inspection: quality system, machine park, capacity and export history are checked before anyone quotes, and we run first article and pre-shipment checks on the orders we manage. If a supplier we introduced fails the first order, the service fee is refunded and we requote the line from the second source.
How do I know the price is competitive?
You get three to five quotes on the same terms, not one. Send the same list to your existing suppliers and compare. If ours does not win, you have paid nothing.
What do you need in the part list?
At minimum: description, quantity, material and the date you need it. Drawings, STEP files and tolerance specs get a tighter price and a faster answer. If all you have is a scanned page from the parts book of a thirty-year-old machine, send that.
Why Türkiye?
Short shipping to Europe, a deep base of machining, casting and gear shops built around the domestic automotive and white goods industries, and pricing between Eastern Europe and Asia. Capability has never been the problem. Finding the right shop from outside the country is.
